Another chili recipe Ingredients:
3lbs. ground beef. |
4 large onions. |
4 cloves garlic |
1 can (12 oz.) tomato paste |
6 cups water |
1 can kidney beans |
1 can mexican corn (optional) |
3 tablespoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon pepper |
4 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons cumin |
1/2 teaspoon allspice |
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper |
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (tapatio hot sauce or something) |
4 bay leaves. |
Directions:
1. Chop up veggies and brown beef. break beef up to smaller pieces as it cooks 2. add onions and garlic 3. saute until onions are tender 4. add tomato paste, water, canned ingredients, and spices 5. bring to a boil 6. cover and simmer for 3 or 4 hours |
