  1. Place the chickpeas in a large bowl. Mash with a masher or fork. Stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, celery, green pepper, onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread onto your favourite bread and pile on lettuce, tomato, and any other of your favourite veggies. Also tastes great toasted!
