Chicken with Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken in Worcestershire sauce,for about 20 minutes at least.
  2. Then saute in olive oil til just golden and set aside.
  3. Combine sugar, green onion, vinegar, lime juice and a few drops of tobasco sauce in a saucepan.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Add mango, garlic and cilantro, stirring gently.
  6. Mix in orange juice.
  7. Pour hot mixture over chicken.
  8. Serve immediately with Buttered noodles or basmati rice.
