Chicken, Veggie and Navy Bean Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb carrots
  • 1 1/2 lb celery
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Fill large pot with watter put in chopped chicken and white beans. Boil for aprox 2 hours. Add green beans. chop the rest of the veggies in large parts. add them to the pot. Add 1-2 cloves minced garlic, pepper to taste (we do not add salt). And cook till beans are tender and where you like them.
