Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in pan add onipons and dry rub
  2. Saute about 3 mins.
  3. Put in 1/2 tsp.oregano.garlic.cumin, cook for i min.
  4. Pour in chicken stock
  5. Add potatoes and all other vegetables.
  6. Bring to boil reduce heat and cook slowly until veggies are done
  7. Add chicken and cilantro and cook 5 mins.
  8. Put in bowls- add a pinch of finely chopped onions,
  9. Spoonful of sour cream- some cheese
