Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water
  • 3 (14 oz) cans crushed tomatoes
  • 1 dash chili powder (to taste)
  • 1 dash cumin (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Boil chicken breasts in water, shred chicken when cooked thoroughly and return to broth.
  2. Add tomatoes and salsa.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Top with sour cream, mexican cheese, and tortilla strips (optional).
