Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:

  • 100 g butter
  • 1 large onion
  • 3/4 cup tomato puree
  • 100 g cream

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter.
  2. Finely chop/grind onion and fry the paste till brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry.
  4. Add tomato puree.
  5. Add chilli powder and salt.
  6. Add the cream and heat up, do not bring to the boil.
  7. Separately cook the chicken then add to the sauce.
  8. Chopped green chilli at the end.
