Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Saute the chicken, onion, peppers, garlic and seasonings in oil until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Combine tomatoes and tomato paste.
  4. Add to chicken mixture.
  5. Stir in broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  7. Drain pasta and toss with chicken mixture.
  8. Spoon half of the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and Romano cheeses.
  10. Repeat layers.
  11. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  12. Uncover and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until heated through.
