Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Skin chicken, if desired.
  2. In 13x9x2 pan, combine carrots, celery, zucchini and onion. In small bowl stir together mustard and olive oil. Drizzle about 2 Tbs. of the mixture over the veggies. Sprinkle garlic, oregano, thyme, celery salt, salt and pepper over veggies. Toss to coat.
  3. Arrange chicken, bone side down, on top of veggies. Brush chicken with remaining mustard mix. Bake, uncovered, about 1 hour or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
  4. Cook pasta and drain well. Move chicken to platter, cover and keep warm.
  5. In large serving bowl, combine pasta, veggies and juice from pan. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese. Arange veggies around chicken, on platter, and serve.
