  2. Dredge chicken in first 4 ing
  3. Dredge chicken in egg whites
  4. Dredge in bread crumbs
  5. Bake chicken in pan with non-stick spray at 350 for 25 minutes
  6. Heat spaghetti sauce, add to chicken in pan
  7. Sprinkle with cheese
  8. Bake 5 more minutes
  9. Serve (6 servings)
