Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in Pan.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350
  3. Rinse Chicken Breasts
  4. Scramble two eggs in bowl
  5. Dig chicken in eggs
  6. Coat boats sides of chicken in panko bread crumbs
  7. Add to frying pan
  8. Cooked when both sides are browned
  9. Put chicken in baking dish
  10. Pour sauce on each breast and sprinkle with parmesean cheese
  11. Bake in a 350 degree oven for ten minutes
  12. Serve with pasta, salad and garlic bread.
