Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 (3 lb) chicken, cut up
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper; use to coat chicken pieces. Brown chicken well in hot oil. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until chicken and onions are tender.
