Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a bag.
  2. Add chops and shake to coat.
  3. Brown chops in butter in lg skillet.
  4. Put chops in greased baking dish.
  5. In same skillet, saute the onion, green pepper and mushrooms for 1 minute.
  6. Slowly add milk and blend well.
  7. Bring to a boil, boil 1 minute.
  8. Add lemon juice.
  9. Pour over the chops.
  10. Cover and bake at 350* for 1 hour or until chops are done.
