Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Saute celery and onion in hot oil for 7 minutes or until tender.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine corn bread and poultry season in a large bowl.
  5. Lightly grease a 9 X 13 baking dish.
  6. Layer half of cornbread in baking dish.
  7. Combine onion mixture, chicken, broth, sour cream, egg and salt in a bowl, then spread evenly over cornbread mixture.
  8. Top evenly with the remaining cornbread mixture and drizzle with butter.
  9. Bake covered for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  10. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Bake an additional 10 minutes uncovered until cheese is golden.
