Ingredients:

  • 5-6 clove garlic

Directions:

  1. -mix
  2. -pound chicken breasts to 1 cm thickness
  3. -marinate in refrigerator overnight
  4. -let warm to room temperature prior to grilling
  5. -grill over coals (moderate, direct heat); 7 min on first side and 3 min on second (time it)
  6. -can rest for 5-10 min prior to slicing
