Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauté onion in butter.
  2. Stir in the chicken, salt and nutmeg and heat through.
  3. In mixing bowl, blend the cooked mixture, ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Stuff into the manicotti shells and place in a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  5. Pour the spaghetti sauce over the shells and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Pour the water around the edges of the pan.
  7. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
