Directions:

  1. Mix together in a medium bowl ham, chicken, parsley and garlic.
  2. Add lime rind and juice; mix well.
  3. Mix in milk and cream cheese until well blended
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes.
