Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except tortillas, in a large bowl, mix well and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Drain mixture.
  3. In a large skillet, over medium high heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil and saute chicken mixture until chicken is no longer pink.
  4. Serve in tortillas.
