Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup chicken
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Cook chicken in cast iron skillet
  2. Remove chicken from skillet, add onions and peppers to the skillet. cook them until limp
  3. Add chicken back in skillet and heat until warmed back up
  4. Enjoy
