Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine chicken, green chiles, onion and black olives. Add enough Salsa Verde to make mixture moist.
  3. In a greased casserole dish pour about a cup of sauce into the bottom. Take one flour tortilla and moisten in sauce and then fill with 2 oz of chicken and top with about 1 oz of cheese. Roll tortilla and push to one end of pan. Repeat with remaining tortillas adding sauce as needed to moisten tortillas. Top all enchiladas with any extra sauce and remaining cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
