Cook the chicken in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Boil rice (follow package directions). Spread half of the chopped chicken in the bottom of a 9 by 13 inch baking dish along with half of the broccoli. Cover chicken and broccoli with half of the rice. In a medium bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and mayonnaise. Spread half of the soup/mayo mixture over the rice. Sprinkle cumin and curry powder over the soup mixture. Repeat this process with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes. Serve with a salad so that there are leftovers.
