Chicken, Bacon and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Season chicken on both sides. Heat oil in frying pan and cook chicken over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked.
  2. Cook bacon in same pan for 4 minutes or until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Gently toss tomato, lettuce, avocado and bacon together in bowl.
  4. Cut chicken on the diagonal side into thin slices, then add to salad.
  5. Pour balsamic vinegar over salad and toss again. Garnish with Parmesan and serve immediately.
