Chicken and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Keep eggs, you only add them to the soup later.
  2. Mix all the ingredients (except the eggs) and bring to the boil.
  3. Simmer for about 1 hour. When potatoes are soft, add the eggs (not beaten but whole).
  4. Simmer for a further 10 minutes.
  5. To serve make sure everyone gets the soup potatoe and 1 egg.
