Chicken and Vegetable Soup

You can omit the chicken, or you can add meat to this country veg soup
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
5 carrots, sliced
5 stalks celery, sliced
1 turnip, sliced
1 parsnip, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
4 potatoes
1 onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (420 g) can chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
parsley
thyme
4 eggs
Directions:
1. Keep eggs, you only add them to the soup later.
2. mix all the ingredients (except the eggs) and bring to the boil.
3. simmer for about 1 hour. When potatoes are soft, add the eggs (not beaten but whole).
4. simmer for a further 10 minutes.
5. To serve make sure everyone gets the soup potatoe and 1 egg.
