Chicken and Stuffing Florentine

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix stuffing mix, hot water, and cheese just until stuffing mix is moistened.
  3. Place chicken in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Mix soup and spinach; spoon over chicken. Top with stuffing mixture.
  4. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
