Chicken and Sausage Stew

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat bottom of 13x9 baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Slice onion and add to baking dish with the minced garlic.
  3. Place chicken, sausage and potatoes in pan.
  4. Sprinkle with spices.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Turn chicken, sausage and potatoes halfway through baking time.
