Zucchini Sauteed With Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 2 -3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 tsp fresh basil (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh oregano (optional)
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper , to taste

Directions:

  1. Pour oil into pan and warm over medium heat.
  2. Put all other ingredients in pan.
  3. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are soft and zucchini is slightly browned.
