Chicken and Broccoli Fettuccini Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles.
  2. Saute onions, garlic and chicken over medium-high heat. After onions become tender stir in broccoli and black pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
  3. In a sauce pan melt butter, stir in flour. Add 2 cups milk, whisk until smooth. Stir in Cream of Chicken soup. Cook until soup is mostly stirred inches.
  4. Layer in 9 x 13 pan: contents of sauce pan on bottom, sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella over sauce, place noodles over top of cheese, then chicken and broccoli mixture, finally parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake 350 for 25 minutes, until bubbly.
