Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 450.
  2. Spread mashed potatoes evenly in ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Boil chicken breast till done. approximately 1 hour. Chop into bite size pieces. Place chicken on top of potatoes in a single layer.
  4. Stir Bisquick mix and milk together till moist. Drop by tablespoons full onto chicken and potatoes. Makes 15 biscuits.
  5. Bake 20-25 minute.
  6. Place a serving on a plate and top with gravy.
