Chick Pea Spinach Dish

Ingredients:

  • 19 oz chick peas
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in olive oil and chicken broth. Add chick peas and lemon juice and cook for 20 minutes on low. Add spinach and cook until just wilted. Serve over brown rice.
