Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup quick oats

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix as for cookies, pour into a great 9x13 pan. Press if necessary. Bake for 25 minutes. While still warm, ice with peanut butter icing. Cut into bars.
  2. Peanut Butter Icing:.
  3. Mix 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup powdered sugar. Add enough water to make thin consistency to drizzle over top.
