Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, sugar and butter until well blended.
  2. Add mashed bananas, then add dry ingredients.
  3. Put into greased pans, 2 medium loaf pan or 1 large loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minute or until done.
