Cherry Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together well. Can be chilled or served right away. Serve on bread or roll of you choice (I prefer ciabatta bread) and top with lettuce and tomato.
