  1. Prepare chicken breasts as you prefer. I like to pan roast them with salt and pepper for a little extra flavor.
  2. Chop the chicken while toasting almonds.
  3. Chop toasted almonds.
  4. Add the rest of ingredients.
  5. Spread on bread.
  6. Viola!
