Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz maraschino cherries and juice , cut into pieces
  • 1 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs and sugar together.
  2. Add juice from cherries.
  3. Add sifted dry ingredients and mex well.
  4. Add cherries and nuts.
  5. Pour batter into loaf pan.
  6. Bake 45 minutes in a 350 oven.
