Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • graham wafer crumbs

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients: refrigerate to harden just a bit.
  2. Take a teasoon of dough - approximately - place half of cherry in center and roll dough around it.
  3. Roll balls in crushed graham wafers crumbs.
  4. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
