Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and then boil potatoes, adding 1/4 of the stick of butter while cooking.
  2. When potatoes are fork tender strain water and let cool 5 minutes.
  3. Place potatoes in large mixing bowl and add 1/4 stick of butter,1/4 cup of whole milk,salt and pepper then mix until no lumps are left.
  4. Fry bacon until crisp.
  5. Dice your green onions and sauté slightly.
  6. Then mix onions and the bacon (crushed) into the potatoes.
  7. Put potato mix into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  8. Then add both cheeses layered pepper jack then cheddar.
  9. Cook at 350° until cheese is melted.
