Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except for the mushrooms).
  2. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties (I made 4).
  4. Your choice on how to cook them you could use a grill or a pan (I used a pan with some olive oil).
  5. Cook for about 5- 10 minutes each or until cooked through.
  6. In a seperate pan drizzle a bit of olive oil in a pan and saute the mushrooms.
  7. Serve on a bun or some toast.
  8. Enjoy!
