Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until very soft then drain
  2. Mash potatoes with a fork or potato masher
  3. Add butter and mix
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Let it cool
  6. Once cool take about 4 tablespoonful of potatoes
  7. Put cheese in the center and roll into a ball
  8. Then fry potatoes until golden brown
  9. Serve on the side of steaks, barbecue or a snack
