Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir together swiss cheese and next 3 ingredients.
  2. Spread 1 side of each bread slice with cheese mixture; sprinkle with diced bell peppers.
  3. Place bread slices on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Top with olive slices, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.
