Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Curry

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the chicken - pan fry, poach or broil - whatever is easiest.
  2. Cut chicken into pieces same size as broccoli.
  3. Sprinkle with the pepper.
  4. Steam or boil the broccoli briefly.
  5. Run broccoli under cold water.
  6. Mix together the soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry.
  7. Layer in 9 x 13 pan in this order: broccoli, chicken, soup mix, 1 cup of the cheddar.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar.
  9. Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  10. Do not bake if you wish to freeze it.
