Chicken and Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spoon rice in a casserole.
  2. Add chopped chicken.
  3. Add cooked broccoli.
  4. Mix together soup,mayonnaise,milk and curry powder and 1/4 cup cheese.
  5. Pour on casserole.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Place in preheated 325°F oven and cook for 30 minutes.
  8. Tip.
  9. Save remaining soup for another use or double the ingredients and make this for 4.
