Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place chicken in a 7 X11 baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. While chicken is baking, cook broccoli until almost done.
  4. Drain.
  5. Prepare sauce by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.
  6. To make topping melt butter and mix with bread crumbs in a small bowl.
  7. Remove chicken from oven and place on a plate.
  8. Place broccoli on the bottom of the baking dish.
  9. Then put the chicken on top and pour on the sauce.
  10. Top first with shredded cheese and then sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  11. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
  12. Serve hot with rice.
