Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Brown in a pan the ground beef and chopped onion.
  3. Combine the ground beef mixture with the mayo, ketchup, and mustard.
  4. Stir in the cheese.
  5. Spread the spinach on top.
  6. Cover everything with a layer of biscuit dough.
  7. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until heated through.
  8. If the biscuits start to brown too quickly, cover with foil.
