Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.
  2. Mix egg and water in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Unfold pastry sheets on a non-stick surface and brush them with egg mixture.
  4. Top one of them with cheese and herbs.
  5. Place the other pastry sheet on top with the egg side down.
  6. Roll gently with a rolling pin to seal.
  7. Cut crosswise into strips.
  8. Twist them and place on a baking sheet, pressing down ends.
  9. Brush with remaining egg mixture. Bake for 10 min or until golden.
  10. Serve warm or at room temperature :)
