Ingredients:

  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cream

Directions:

  1. In a medium size mixing bowl place flour, sugar, dry mustard, garlic, baking powder, cheese, thyme, and salt.
  2. Add butter with your finger tips mix in the cream until the dough just comes together.
  3. Flour a board pour the dough onto a board and form into a 1 inch thick circle.
  4. Cut into 8 triangles.
  5. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
