Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp catsup
  • 1 garlic clove

Directions:

  1. Combine butter and flour and cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and continue to cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
  3. Sserve with corn chips.
