Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix gelatin and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin and sugar completely dissolves.
  3. Beat cream cheese and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth,then slowly add and beat gelatin and sugar mixture.
  4. Pour mixture into cookie crust.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
