Cheese and Marmite Flapjacks

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a sandwich or cake tin.
  3. Melt butter and Marmite in a glass bowl in the microwave set to medium, stirring every 30 seconds.
  4. Once melted, add oats, cheese and flour and mix very well.
  5. Pour into pan.
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan and cool on cooling rack for 30 minutes.
  8. Cut into bars / squares.
