Cheddar Spinach Triangles

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Mix eggs, milk, and spices in medium bowl; mix until well-blended. Add spinach, stir until completely blended.
  2. Coat a 9 X 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray; sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over the bottom of pan. Sprinkle evenly with 3/4 cup of cheese. Pour eg mixture evenly over cheese. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  3. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Cut into 16 triangles.
  4. TIP: to cut into triangles, cut 4 equal squares, then cut diagonally creating an X in each square. Continue cutting diagonally until 16 triangles are formed. TO USE AS AN APPETIZER, cut into 32 triangles
